Returns & Refunds Policy
Because our products are made to order and printed specifically for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or custom preferences. However, we absolutely stand behind the quality of our products.
You are entitled to request a refund or replacement if there is a defect, misprint, or damage to the product upon arrival.
Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
The item received is defective, damaged, or misprinted.
The issue is reported within 30 days of delivery.
You provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.

A clear photo of the product showing the problem
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of print-on-demand and customization, we cannot accept returns for:
Incorrect size selections (please refer to the sizing chart carefully before ordering)
Buyer’s remorse
Personalized or custom-designed items unless defective
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that window, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise specified. Please use a trackable, insured service, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved, we will issue it via your original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned item or verifying the issue. No additional fees will be incurred for the refund process.
